Defined Contribution Plans	NOTE 7 DEFINED CONTRIBUTION PLANS We maintain the ProPhase Labs, Inc 401(k) Savings and Retirement Plan, a defined contribution plan for our employees. Our contributions to the plan are based on the amount of the employee plan contributions and compensation. Our contributions to the plan in Fiscal 2015, 2014 and 2013 were $134,000, $101,000 and $100,000, respectively.
