Note 8 – Defined Contribution Plans

 

We maintain the ProPhase Labs, Inc. 401(k) Savings and Retirement Plan, a defined contribution plan for our employees. Our contributions to the plan are based on the amount of the employee plan contributions and compensation. Our contributions to the plan in the three months ended September 30, 2022 and 2021 were $53,000 and $34,000, respectively. Our contributions to the plan in the nine months ended September 30, 2022 and 2021 were $153,000 and $69,000, respectively.
